I'M BACK HOME!
I have offically survived my 1st semester away from home. *whee* So much has happened within the past 5days that its so surreal. Ok, let me start then.
Sat - 19th Nov
4.30pm, exams finally ended, but i think i'm gonna flunk my last paper, cuz i totally fuck it up, suck at it, cuz its my most hated and fucked up clasher subject. Pissed with it. And plus my heart wasn't in the exam hall already. Was too excited bout gg back home. Thankses to Adele, managed to move all the stuff over to evonne & alan's place. Between me and hui, gosh, we really have hell a lot of stuff sia. Then by 7pm, we managed to rush back, after picking the rest up and sit down for Serene's 21st Birthday Celeb. That girl, lucky she not as blur as hh, at least she suspects. Had good fun, talking and laughing along, somehow, we're also kinda celebrating our last nite in bris together. The cake, is GOD-DAMM FANTASTIC! *smucks* Ebony & Ivory. Love it Love it! Head back home early, cuz we all had lots stuff to pack still. Poor gh, still have to cleanout her room before checking-out. keke. But i guess all of us ko, upon reaching home, damm tired, esp for me sia... Serene shared my bed again. *hee*

By the time i woke at 7am, the house was in a frenzy already, all the racket gg ard, cuz everyone's moving stuff. In and out, clearing and packing. *phew* By 9am, gh arrived, and the 4 of us went for our final breakfast toget for 2005 in brissy. Our usual Chicken Pie! *smuck* sad there and talk til it was time for gh to go to the airport with adele and rani. Then, me and serene got ready. By the time all our lugguages were ready, it was damm freaking hot and boy, did we have a lot of stuff, so much that me serene and hh and the stuff cldn't fit into 1 cab, we had to split into 2! I headed to the airport first, with the check-in baggage, while hh and serene took another to drop off the last of the stuff at evonne & alan's place.
The 6 of us met up again in the airport. Oh yah, and for the 1st time, had a fucking shitty experience with the freaking ground crew. Stand there bloody arguing for freaking 20mins. Cuz he was like 'u've max out ur check in baggage, u can't bring in so many hand lugguages.' Fuck u lar, don't come and bloody comment to me, u can't even bloody explain what is on the board simply and had to go one fucking big round, brainless asshole. BTW, ur joke on the fragile stickers, ISN'T FUNNY! Get a life. URG! Think u can stop me? Bugger, don't THINK SO! Anyway, gh and adele left first, cuz their flight is 1.40pm. We left later, I miss Rani. I'm used to seeing her almost everyday for the past 4mths, and now, she's left in brissy. *sobx*
The flight back was bad. Damm bad, got so much to say. For the 1st time, the crew wasn't as 'professional' as i would think they shd be, I wld have to say its mostly their pronnouceation, even when the leading was annoucing on the voice-over, the english sounds bad. (better not complain too much, wait kana scolding by Faith. Hee.) Service was so-so bah, defi a drop from what it used to be 5yrs ago though. Krisworld sucks, the movies are BORING! Urg, and my cabin had loads of babies and kids, aiyo, all the crying got onto my nerves. To top it off, my back ached throughout the trip and i didn't manage to get any sleep. Shit. Oh yeah, and turbulence happened so freaking often i tot i was gonna puke. Finally decended on time, 1st msg i got when my phone turned on was a miss call msg frm Faith. Haa. Darling, can see how excited u are to see me back. Hee. After so long, i finally saw mommy and daddy, SO HAPPY! words can't describe the feeling of it, miss home so much, but i miss the people loads more. Driving back home, i saw blocks of flats, made me realise how much i do miss sg. Really. Its the best feeling to be home.
Dropped my bags and met jiahui for PRATA! Yipps! At our usual place. But donno why, i think that nite prata wasn't appetizing, ate 2 mouths and i didn't wanted to eat more. We managed to catch up, and she commented one thing: 'Girl, u've really changed and grown up.' I guess i have, life now for me is slowed down a lot, and what used to matters, doesn't matter anymore i guess. After all the shit and complains, i've finally managed to let things go now. She and i talked loads and loads, walking home, missed her so much. Thank god she's flying only on sat.
Mon - 21st Nov
Plans were set in place by Faith for surprising the rest. Woke up, 1st thing i had to do was to go for my hair appointment. Terrible shape cuz didn't have any treatment for it for the past 4mths, cannot see ppl with the terrible hair sia. Yes, i did my usual rebonding, easier to managed. Then i pop down to orchard in the evening. Faith was with jj and isabelle, Haa... i'll not forget the expression on JJ's face when she saw me, sweetie! I finally managed to give u a real shock! Hee. We then pop down to the office to surprise our next person Jolyn dear. She, for once is speachless. Lovely! I'm so so glad to see her, for 4mths, we've survived mainly on emails that seeing and hugging makes it home. We finally left for dinner. Yipee! darling faith, surprised me with this cookie:

Then it was bala for drinks. Darling pauline almost didn't come down, but she did and i'm so happy that we did! OMG. Her shock and expression was the most fantastic. She didn't even notice me until Faith pointed out. Then we hugged and she teared! Aiyo, dearie. I am so touched that u teared in happiness for my return. Arin't u glad u came? Hee.. After so many mths, all of us finally managed to gather and sit down for drinks. My dears, i'm really so glad to see all of ya'll words can't describe how happy i felt. And how touched i was, that all of ya'll came. Faith dearie, thank u for making it happened for me. *mucks* luv ya!

Tues - 22st Nov
Went shopping with my darlings! hee... fun fun! Oww.. and 2nd dinner at Siam Kitchen. All becuz someone passed the 'ai wu ji wu' test. *grinz* Can can. I give thumbs up. Met juan and jiahui thereafter and had drinks at nydc. Hee... didn't manage to surprise juan actually... cuz she said she heard my voice when i talked on the phone with jiahui. By the time we went home, i was nodding off to sleep already. Damm tired, cuz my body is still tuned to early nites, been ages since i slept late. AH! really, cannot take it. KO once i hit the sack. Had to had good rest, cuz of the long next day.
Wed - 23rd Nov
Out and about since the late morning, was suppose to meet gh and the rest for lunch/coffee at 1pm, but had to detour to my couz place, cuz my aunt found out i was home and i didn't tell anyone, went, cuz i didn't wanna get scolding. Hee. I was damm late in meeting them, felt weird and nice at the same time, the 4 of us sitting down for coffee, in sg. So used to seeing them in bris, and now to see them in sg too! Aiyo, then we found out, Evonne came back! That girl, kept it from all of us, and she took the last place home on sun nite, leaving alan alone in brisbane for 2 weeks. No wonder i pondered about his comment during the last dinner, haiz, failed and keeping secrets lar that guy. Hee.. hh being hh, blur like sotong, thinking back so many hints was dropped, but she as usual, didn't pick any up at all. Whats new? Hee..
Headed down to cityhall thereafter to surprise YY and shirls with LL, hee.. those 2, just looked at me thats all, sat down for coffee and bit of bites. Talked and talked, and yy being yy, everything always goes back to 1 topic for her. Haa.. But it was great fun, to meet them after so long, and ll, my chat buddy in aus! Talking on the phone and in person is so different!
The last surprise of the day came with dinner with the babes. Dayak spoilt my surprise on chris slighty, cuz he saw me on the escalator! *hrump* But at least i got it out of mimi and po. Haa, at our usual table in sushi tei, mimi cried, like she saw a ghost, po, shocked speachless, literally.. with mouth hanging open! Haa... my partners-in-crime just sat there and laugh and grinning away. So qiao that jo was also having dinner there... hide out at her place for a while, waiting for valen to come, but that lady, eventually couldn't turn up for dinner. Dinner was alright, was quiet cuz i was tired, but at the same time, cuz mainly i just wanna sit there and listen. Feel a bit like i didn't know what they were talking about, cuz i haven been there for dinner with them for a while, so i just sit there and obsereve. Its nice actually, to just sit there and just see and listen.
We headed to zouk thereafter, god, i forgot how bloody old i feel there. Really, it feels damm old. Looking left and right, everyone i saw looks so bloody young. The outside of zouk decor, reminds me of an extreme enlarged version of a set of teeth. White and rounded. Bit weird. They wanted me to surprise Valen, but in the end, got hit and surprised by her instead. Hee.. Still it feels great to see all of them. Phuture, although has expanded slight due to the re-arrangement of the the decor, is still packed like rats as ever. URG! I doubt i'll be gg back to mambo nite for a while. I think i'm getting too old for that crowd. Although the music is good. Haiz. Ended the nite with prata! Yipee!
Thur - 24th Nov
Met ll, yy and shirls for lunch in poly, wanted to catch uncle wu, but who knew, he was on leave instead. Couldn't find any other lecturers that we knew. Gosh, what the hell happened? But ended up, uncle wu invited us to his place. We sat at the busstop, thinking that he was still staying in the same place, until we recieved his sms, address changed! kaoz, private house and as if we knew where it was exactly. Call him then we knew it was still at Tanah Merah. Arrived and found out that it was damm near Sempang Bedok. Uncle wu is still the same old 'che ko pek' haa.. But i like his new place! Damm nice lar... 6bedrooms altogther and 4 bathrooms. SHIOK! Helped him decided on a couple of decorating details too. Nice Nice. I think we're meeting up again next mth... x'mas dinner or smthing. Looking forward to it. *hee*
I'm looking thru life, thru a different perspective. With more observing rather than talking. I've changed, for the better or worse, i don't know.
