My mood has been pretty good these few days.
Can't u see? I no longer moan and groan bout missing ppl, deperssing and stuff.
Yep! Ah Des is in a good mood these past 2 days including today and tmr! YIPEE!
Being a happy little ol' me, i put more thoughts into cooking dinner last nite. ANnnNnD thUs, i did grilled fish marinaded with lemon jucie and garlic, pan-fried chicken (pre-marinated, mMm, the marination was done well i muz say, honey makes it taste SoOo good.) with broccoli & carrots and lastly, pan-fried mashed potato pattis with mixed vege.
Does it sound good?? Hmmm??? Haa.. i wanted to do more, like eggplant beans carrots in crushed tomato sauce baked with cheese and chicken soup with dried scallop. BUT, we have a limit of the amt of dishes to cook per nite, only 3, So, i couldn't do them. *sigh* but no worries, i'll cook them up next week then.
Tmr, i'll look forward to a fantastic dinner with wine, cuz Kit is coming over to cook thai food dinner for us! YipeE! I hope his food taste good though. Dinner and wine, now, that seems to be like a weekly dinner thing for us on weekends already. Since we started, i think we've finished bout 8-10bottles of wine already. WoaH, yes, we're working towards that goal of having the mantle filled with empty bottles before end of sem. Haa. Almost half there. Tmr, is gonna be a night for bitching and gossip. Every time when Kit comes over (like last weekend), it always ends up to be a bitching session. I think bitching and gossip is good, it means we healthy ppl, and its a good release of energy. Haha, wat a crapper i am.
Alrighty, now, i'm gonna cook lunch for hh & guan. Making them kebabs and pan-fried vege. And packing it down to the city for them. See? What a good friend i am. Haha. Then, i'm gonna go some much needed retail therapy alone thereafter in the city.
